1. Products

FITPRO DINERS CHOICE PVT LTD offers millet-based and natural food products. As our products are made from natural grains, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur. We are trying to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed by visiting our website. We are supplier of bulk orders. However, for small orders, the same can be catered by our sister concern. Upon successful completion of orders, the same can be received by email or by SMS.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be made at the time of order using approved payment methods. Prices and product availability are subject to change as per change of yielding seasons of agricultural products.

4. Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on location and logistics conditions. FITPRO DINERS CHOICE PVT LTD is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure.

5. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

6. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control to maintain quality. However, customers are advised to review ingredient details for allergies or dietary concerns before consumption.

• Natural products without any additives can give more shelf life by storing in air tight glass container or steel container at dry and dark places.
• For flours, the same can have longer shelf life by keeping in a refrigerator or freezer.
• FITPRO DINERS CHOICE PVT LTD is not liable for quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company's registered location (Brahmapur, Odisha).
