1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid proof (videos). It is advisable to make a video during opening of the package.

2. Verification & Replacement

Verification shall be made at our end and upon confirmation, replacement shall be initiated. Replacement is subject to product availability and will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products with opened or tampered packaging (unless defective)
  • Products reported after the 48-hour notification window
  • Complaints regarding natural variations in color, texture, or taste of natural products

5. Storage Guidelines

To ensure product quality and longevity:

  • Store natural products in air-tight glass or steel containers at dry and dark places.
  • For flours, keep in a refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.
  • FITPRO DINERS CHOICE PVT LTD is not liable for quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
